This pie deconstructs the classic brisket platter, featuring Munozās signature Angelino-Texas style smoked brisket. Each 10ā pizza (serves 1-2) is loaded with classic Mooās Craft BBQ brisket, dusted in Parmesan Reggiano, with smoked ricotta, house-pulled mozzarella, and crinkle-cut pickles, and drizzled in a Mooās BBQ sauce reduction and pickled mustard seeds for a tangy finish. The chewy, crispy sourdough pie is fired in their OG 800-degree wood-burning oven for a beautiful, leoparded crust.
The pop-up sensation Speak Cheezy pizza van is going to be at Deus in Venice and firing pies on the spot in their mobile ovens. Bring it to a party, bring it to the beach, or just pull up and enjoy on the patio. Either way, youāll have a 4th of July feast with theseĀ iconicĀ summer flavors.
