Traffic Signal Light Kit – Wireless

The TL100-3-W Traffic Light Kit comes with a  Red, Green, and Yellow Light and a remote control. This kit comes fully assembled and is plug-and-play. Additional remotes and signal lights can be added as needed.

You can use multiple remotes to operate a single Traffic light or have multiple Traffic lights operated from a single wireless remote. The lights can be grouped into teams or they can be programmed to work independently This makes this system flexible. You can easily design the perfect signal light system for your unique project.

Every kit comes with a pre-programmed wireless remote that plugs into a standard 110V outlet. The Remotes have LEDs that are synchronized with the lights that they operate. The LED makes it possible to see the status of the signal light at the remote control. This is especially helpful when the traffic light is located out of the line of sight of the remote. Additional remotes and lights can be added to your kit as needed. This kit comes with a Traffic Light and a Control to get you up and running quickly.

We also offer a battery-powered remote. These are used for special cases. A common example would be on a forklift turn on the traffic light to warn pedestrians that the operator is driving through. The Status LED has been removed on the battery units. This preserves battery life. Though the plug in remote is normally the best choice, for certain cases, the battery version is ideal.

The TL100 Signal Lights can be perfect for crosswalks in warehouses or for loading docks. The RC-COM Gateway and Stack Light Commander software can turn your simple system into a highly advanced control center. The Stack-Light Commander program can display which lights are on and which are off on a bingo board or on a map that you can load into the program. The program can run on a desktop computer or be attached to a large monitor and hung from above for employees to see. The Commander software allows you to control the lights from your desk and to make changes to the functions of the lights. Multiple Bingo Bards can be located around your facility.

Dock Status Light Software RC-COM 

The system uses a Mesh Network to extend the range of all of the wireless devices and to make the system more robust. The range between any two units is around 100-150 feet. The complete system can have a much larger range by adding more components. Every device except the battery model can act as a node or repeater and pass the signal from device to device finding the best path.
