In just three years, we watched our favorite Mexitalian love story evolve from a mobile pop-up to one of Infatuation s Best New Restaurants of 2023 and we couldn t be more proud. 

On December 22nd, Chef Danielle Duran Zecca adds the amore to the traditional Christmas time tamale haul— a decade old ritual, where families across the country gather around the table to wrap tamales in their corn husks like little edible presents, except these are filled with delectable Italian fillings and made just for you. 

Tried and true –  the most unique and delicious tamale experience this holiday season— simply gather your friends, reheat and serve 🙂 

A MEXITALIAN HOLIDAY PARTY IN A BOX (FULL MEAL FOR 4) 

One dozen (12) tamales including three delicious Mexican-Italian inspired flavors, with a growler of fresh pomegranate margarita mix, with a Mexican Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie for dessert. Each box also comes with a bottle of Amiga Amore s signature El Chorro hot sauce. Enough to feed the whole holiday gathering, and keep eating the leftovers through the New Year.

Saffron masa and braised short rib with bone marrow, served with gremolata

Peroni Duck Carnitas Tamales (4)Braised in Peroni beer, served with wild mushrooms and Oaxaca cheese sauce

4-fire-roasted poblano pepper and Mozarella cheese tamales 

Spicy Pomegranate Margarita

One 16oz growler of house made pomegranate margarita with serrano simple syrup, and hibiscus salt for the rim (just add a splash of tequila or mezcal for the fiesta) 


Mexican Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie 

Spiced with orange and cinnamon in a 9 pie tin. Simple, just serve and see the smiles. 


El Chorro Habanero Fuego Hot Sauce
Each Tamalada box comes with a bottle of Amiga Amore s signature, 100% organic, locally made with no artificial preservatives, El Chorro hot sauce. Locally sourced ingredients cooked low and slow to extract the most flavor in every drop.
