Seasonal spiny lobsters, caught wild right here off the coast of Los Angeles. Wild foraged Matsutake mushrooms, scored and seared to perfection. End-of-the-season heirloom tomatoes. All brought together sautéed in butter and piled high on his signature torta-style bread, with a generous layer of his diabolically delicious Salsa Negra.
This exclusive ticketed event not only comes with the GTA menu item, but will also feature ice cold Tecates, and a limited-edition, 11×17 poster commemorating the occasion, personally signed by Chef Avila himself.
