It s January in LA, which means we can look forward to a few things: 70 degree winter days, making (and breaking) new year s resolutions, and playoff football. This year, we wanted to give you something worth cheating on your diet for: we re teaming up with some of LA hottest chefs and restaurants to drop a 3 week series of limited edition dip sets for the 2022 playoff series.

First up, we have Burt Bakman, legendary Texas-educated pitmaster of SLAB. The 7 layer dip originated in Texas, as did Burt s love of BBQ. His version features Snake River Farms Wagyu brisket, and chars the avocado and scallions for extra smokiness and depth of flavor in layer after layer of deliciousness.
